My extensive litigation experience and knowledge of the law and the court system allows me to provide quality services in an expedient manner for a reasonable fee in a relaxed, non-threatening atmosphere. I provide these services on Zoom and in person. My background enables me to give litigants a perspective they might not have considered and which their attorneys cannot tell them, making compromise more attractive.

Captain of the cheerleading squad and served on its Athletic
Council.
University of Southern California, MS in Education, which I
Completed in Taipei Taiwan, where I taught physical education
and coached the gymnastic team at Taipei American School.
Springfield College, was a Doctoral Teaching Fellow and taught
Classes while I was getting my Doctoral Degree which I completed
in 1977.
Western New England School of Law, started as a night student and
was taking courses as well as teaching physical education classes
and coaching basketball and volleyball. I graduated in 3 years.
Attorney with the law firm of Moriarty, Donoghue & Leja, P.C. from 1977-
2002. I became a partner in 1985, and was provided with extensive
litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. The
firm was primarily a defense firm as we were the primary defense council
for companies such as the Insurance Company of North America and
General Accident Insurance Company.
I have served on neutral panels since 1985 when I started with the AAA. I was a member of its Advisory Board, where I provided training for attorneys interested in serving as neutrals, and was a member of Governor Weld’s Task Force on early court intervention. State Department funded by USAID grants, I spent 3 months in China and Macedonia as a panel member giving ADR presentations to their judges on the benefits of mediation and rule of law as a condition precedent to China entering the World Trade Organization. In addition to working in my own business, I am on panels with Case Closed, National Arbitration and Mediation, New England Arbitration and Mediation and the Hampden Country Bar Association. In 2002 I stopped taking clients and opened up my own business where I do exclusively arbitrations and mediations.

Although I handle matters involving labor disputes, contract cases,
business dissolutions, medical malpractice and construction failures,
my work primarily is in the area of personal injury.
Currently my fees are $550.00 per party for any part of the first three
hours and $100.00 per party for any hour thereafter.
